• Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the following business day.

• Shipping Rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the shipping method you select.
• Standard Shipping orders $100+ is FREE.
• Economy Shipping 5-8 business days.
• Standard Shipping 3-4 business days.
Order Tracking
• Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. You can use the tracking number to monitor your shipment's progress.
• Please allow tracking information 24-48 hours to update on carrier's website after tracking number is received.
Address Accuracy
• Please ensure that your shipping address is correct and complete. We are not responsible for packages that are lost, delayed, or undeliverable due to incorrect address information provided by the customer.

Lost Items
• Victa Black is not liable for missing/stolen packages marked delivered. If you believe your order was mis-delivered or confiscated, we recommend filing a claim with the carrier directly.
